Participants in this two-hour workshop will explore the roots of physical interaction through movement. Join New Museum artist-in-residence Ilya Vidrin for guided physical practice, shared reflection, and facilitated dialogue. Combining dance with questions that challenge and enhance interaction, this unique approach includes exercises that engage subtle elements of relational movement, including touch, proximity, and mutual gaze. No prior dance experience is necessary; all bodies and physical abilities welcome.

This event has reached capacity.

A limited number of standby tickets may be available at the admissions desk on a first-come, first-served basis. The standby line will open at 1:30 p.m. on July 15.
