Bring your family to the New Museum on Saturday, March 18 to experience Wangechi Mutu’s museum-takeover, “Wangechi Mutu: Intertwined.” Connect with each other while participating in activities in the galleries and artmaking in the Sky Room that explore themes of nature, transformation, fantasy, myth, and folklore.

Family Day is free of charge. This in-person program is designed for families with children between the ages of four and twelve and includes free New Museum admission for two adults per group. Children under eighteen are always admitted free.
Space is first come first served, preregistration is encouraged. Registration is limited to six tickets. If registration is full, please note that we will welcome a small number of walk-ins. Your entire party must be present; tickets will not be given to partial parties.
The program will be presented onsite at the New Museum. Vaccination and masks are strongly recommended, but not required. Please review the New Museum’s COVID guidelines in advance of your visit.
