We’re excited to welcome our neighbors and friends with FREE admission to Community Day! This edition is organized with Stop Killing Us Global Campaign and hosted by Lexii’Foxx!
Visitors will have free access to “Puppies Puppies (Jade Guanaro Kuriki-Olivo): Nothing New.” and “Judy Chicago: Herstory”!
From 12–4 p.m., join us for art-making, wellness workshops, clothing drive, and a health resources fair from these community partners:

• 2–3 PM: Breathing and Stretching Activity with Lexii’Foxx in the New Museum Theater
• 3–4 PM: Poetry Workshop with Linda La in the New Museum Theater
Community members with proof of residency in the zip codes 10002, 10003, 10009, 10012, and 10013 can reserve free tickets at the link below. Tickets are first come, first served. Mark your calendars and reserve your spots today.
TICKETS
Click the link below to select your entry time and number of tickets (limit is 6). After you make your selection and have reached the Payment Information page, enter your valid zip code in the “Coupon Code” section and click apply to receive the discount. Make sure to click apply, so that no credit card information has to be given.
Please bring proof of residency with you to provide at check-in on December 2. Acceptable proofs of residency include a driver’s license, non-driver ID card, or recent mail that includes your name and address.
Visitors from outside our local neighborhood can purchase tickets to the program with the same link.
Members and visitors aged 18 and under are always free. The Museum also offers free admission to community partners and affiliates, as well as SNAP/EBT cardholders. Please bring your SNAP/EBT card with you to receive your free ticket.
Photography/Use of Image Notice/Release
The New Museum reserves the right to take or cause to be taken, without renumeration, photographs, films or videos, and other graphic depictions of invited guests, visitors, and staff for promotional, educational, and/or noncommercial purposes, as well as approve such use by third parties with whom the museum may engage in joint marketing/promotion. Such purposes may include print and electronic publications. This paragraph serves as public notice of the intent of the museum to do so and as a release to the museum giving permission to use those images for such purposes.

About the Participants
Lexii’Foxx (she/they) is the founder of STOP KILLING US. She cares deeply about her community and advocates for people professionally at The Alliance for Positive Change. She co-facilitates women’s groups, assists in housing for people who are living with chronic conditions, and helps affirm trans and non-binary people by helping them through the legal name change process. Lexii has shown work at MoCA Cleveland and Performance Space New York. She has choreographed and executed performances, created large scale installations, hosted and organized open mic events, facilitated clothing drives, taught art classes, curated runway shows, and more.

All participants hereby acknowledge that participation in Community Day Activities is voluntary and that all participants assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages, and do hereby release and discharge the New Museum, its Employees, Administrators, Officers, Vendors, and/or Agents as well as any Event Partners/Co-Sponsors/Organizers, from any and all claims, demands, damage rights, or causes of action present or future resulting from participation in related activities.
The New Museum, its Employees, Administrators, Officers, Vendors, and/or Agents as well as any Event Partners/Co-Sponsors/Organizers, shall not be liable of any damages arising from personal injuries of damages sustained by Participants for their active or passive participation in the aforementioned event(s) held during the Community Day Events.
